[U-Boot-Users] [Patch] OMAP MPU timers fix

The OMAP OSK5912 board code assumes U-Boot is entered with MPU timer 1 stopped. If entered via the reset vector from OS code that left the timer running, the Load Timer Register value won't be loaded into the timer when the Control Timer Register value is set, as expected. Since the timer is placed into one-shot (not auto-reload) mode, the timer may reach zero and stay at zero, causing udelay() to hang.

The attached patch is suggested for the 5912 OSK. It stops the timer, leaving the input reference clock enabled, prior to starting. A glance at the code would indicate that the 1610 Innovator and 730 P2 boards could use this fix as well; I can send patches if desired, but have no hardware on which to test.
