[U-Boot] Board specific hook for performing pre-os tweaks

Hi,

Is there any hook for performing board specific actions prior to booting the OS. A quick google search turned up this thread from 2014[1]. But the eventual outcome seemed to be that the device model will take care of restoring devices to their unused state, for anything else there is arch_preboot_os() which may get renamed to drop the arch_ part at some point.

Is using arch_preboot_os() still the best place to perform board specific tweaks for the OS?
