Several files are out of order. This means that when the moveconfig tool moves CONFIG options to Kconfig it generates a large diff. To avoid this, reorder the files first.

Do you have an idea of which patches caused this reordering? Still some archs with defaults?
Yes there are some defaults being removed and also a few things slightly out of order.
