Two of these patches have been around for a while, but I've been waiting to apply them early in the release cycle to permit testing.
The goal is to make CONFIG_DM_MMC_OPS and CONFIG_BLK enabled by default when driver model is used for mmc. Then these options can be removed. All mmc drivers should move to using these options.
