With bd_info dropped from the data section, the Logic PD OMAP3 boards and AM3517 fail to boot. Enabling CONFIG_SPL_ALLOC_BD restores them.

With the pending 2021.04 release coming soon, we need this patch applied or the boards won't boot. Any chance they can be applied before the release?
