[U-Boot] driver: net: fsl-mc: Initialization of MC memory

Hi,

I have added the fix to my GitHub repository: https://github.com/RalfGoebel/u-boot/commit/1d23fa42cb2ebe115ccd7a842ac7993f e4f1ce00

Unfortunately, I don't really know what's happening here. It looks like the error is caused by using uninitialized memory, but maybe it's something else. Is there some MC expert who can verify this? Or should I create a service request using my NXP account instead?
