In the Spec. of TQM860L, the signal ENMON# is mentioned. I want to know the ENMON# is connected with "which pin" of MPC860?
There is no permanent connection between ENMON# and a cpu pin. The pin is connected with PA15 only for a short period of time after a power on reset (about 10 ms). Thus, if you want to read the state of the ENMON# pin, this is only possible in the first 10 ms after a reset. After this time PA15 of the cpu is connected with PA15 of the module connector.
