Which version is this against? I tried to apply it against current mainline (cdce889959c611876690a9f0a3c7ed9aa46189c4), and there's no "board/altera/socfpga" directory.
I believe there is earlier patch by Dinh with title "socfpga: Move board/socfpga_cyclone5 to board/socfpga". Its has been applied to u-boot-arm/master per email from Albert. Thanks

That's easy to fix... But this patch also depends on

I guess they should be swapped in the series.
