Add driver model support for OMAP_SERIAL while reusing the functions in ns16550.c
Signed-off-by: Lokesh Vutla lokeshvutla@ti.com
Based on the conclusion on the thread[1], added a separate driver for omap uart.

Changes since v1:
- Updated ifdefs in NS16550_init() to use OMAP_SERIAL.

I didn't see da830 under the .compatible flags.
I believe the da850 has the reg-shift already set, but I am traveling and don't have my desktop Linux computer to test.
Is the SOC_DA8XX necessary here?
I think it's using the more generic ns16550 compatible flags as well which might cause some strange conflict.

If you have an TI based SoC and want to use the on-chip serial
port, say Y to this option. If unsure say N.
