[PATCH v3 0/2] use dt and UCLASS_IRQ/SYSCON to get gic details

Use device tree and driver class (UCLASS_IRQ and UCLASS_SYSCON) to get gic details like GICD, GICR base address, max number of redistributors and git lpi address.
