Is this based on, as in "used the xilinx driver as a reference", or as in "started with the xilinx code and modified it". It you started with the xilinx code, then you need to preserve Xilinx's original copyright message and license text verbatim in addition to your copyright/license text.

I am newbie in this licencing problem. The conslusion is that I add only one line to current licence as you wrote or I must add the whole xilinx licence with information about my person?
