[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] riscv: set preboot and increase kernel size

The following two changes are used by Fedora/RISCV with 5.1-rc3+ kernel using OpenSBI -> U-Boot (S-mode) [extlinux] -> Kernel setup.
