Two more: 1) you do not need to add [U-Boot] to your subject. That's done automatically. 2) patches for the 4xx architecture should have a "ppc4xx:" prefix and not "AMCC ...".

This is a patch fixing this problem. The patch touches two files speed.c and cpu_init.c.
