[U-Boot-Users] Patch to fix VLAN for little endian architecture

I found out the problem of the command ping/tftpboot/nfs. It is caused by new VLAN function on little endian architecture without VLAN environment.

Here is the patch to fix, although I have not confirm all in VLAN environment.
