Arghhh. Drowning under the load, sorry about the delay.
No problem.
I don't expect much changes in this series, as it is good enough a base for future developments (PSCI 0.2, among other things).
If the series doesn't apply directly, I'll rebase it onto HEAD.
It did apply using pwclient git-am, except for 07/10 which required a pwclient get + git am -3. Building and testing underway.
