Enable the config REMAKE_ELF in xilinx_versal_mini_ospi_defconfig and xilinx_versal_mini_qspi_defconfig which generates u-boot.elf. This commit a8c281d4b737("Convert CONFIG_REMAKE_ELF to Kconfig") misses to enable this config in these defconfigs.
