[U-Boot] Numonyx Axcell M29EW write problems with CFG_FLASH_USE_BUFFER_WRITE in u-boot 1.2.0

if I enable the flag CFG_FLASH_USE_BUFFER_WRITE in the u-boot configuration (u-boot 1.2.0 I get a timeout when trying to write the flash Numonyx Axcell M29EW. Have you any idea about this problem?
