I've just found that I forgot to mention that this version requires my patch [1] to work with enabled D-Cache correctly.
Hope to get some comments on it soon.

CPSW is an on-chip ethernet switch that is found on various SoCs from Texas Instruments. This patch adds a simple driver (based on the Linux driver) for this hardware module.
