[U-Boot-Users] How to flash uboot to a board using Realview Ice

Hello, I have a Freescale IMX31 ADS board. I want to try out the imx31 paches that were posted recently on the ADS board. CUrently the board has Eboot and REdboot. Could anyone help me with the procedure to flash the uboot image to this board using RVI.
