It seems you enabled some debug feature? Which exactly? And you get the same results without debug, don't you?
I haven't been able to produce a simple example just creating a bunch of files and directories, so only the disk after an ubuntu install has the problem.
Can you upload the image somewhere? And indicate which exact problems we should look for?
