[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 3/3] openrd: switch to CONFIG_SYS_THUMB_BUILD

Now that kirkwood supports CONFIG_SYS_THUMB_BUILD, switch to it for openrd. This brings U-Boot back to an acceptable size.
