Hi,
this diff adds basic support for the NanoPi Neo2. It's based on the old NanoPi Neo support and the recent commit of the OrangePi PC2 support. I'm not sure it's 100% correct, but it seems to be a good start to me and makes the machine boot. Tested with Andre's SPL FIT patchset.
