Yes you did re-submit based on an original set of change requests, but that doesn't mean you've received final comments :) I don't like new drivers to use the old API (eth_init(), eth_send() etc.) but at the same time realize it's not nice to make you have to add the CONFIG_NET_MULTI to board configs that only have one interface. So, for now let's bring this patch in we'll address the bigger issues later on. I'll send a separate message.
