
Move the Freescale DSPI driver over to driver model.

This patch adds two new files drivers/spi/fsl_dspi.c and include/fsl_dspi.h. They will replace files drivers/spi/cf_spi.c and arch/m68k/include/asm/coldfire/dspi.h. I need submit patch to remove them later. Board dts files are also needed to make this change work.
