You have probably already noticed it, but just to make sure you do not miss it, my series about the i.MX6Q DDR3 init also affects this patch. And for the 6DL and 6S variants, there is an equivalent change to make, translated to 400 MHz (DDR3-800).
After a quick look at this patch, it looks good.
