[PATCH 0/6] moveconfig: Improve the pylist score a little

There are about 240 warnings in this file.

This series refactors file reading and writing, which fixes about 40. It also includes a patch to make a start on the rest, reducing the count to about 160.

It also tidies up quoting.

There are still about 160 warnings left.
