[U-Boot] [PATCH v2 0/3][Net][ARM] Davinci Ethernet driver cleanup

The second spin of this patchset is identical to the first but has been re-based against u-boot/next. Since there were no technical objections with the first spin, I've applied this to the net/next branch.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
