inside the automatic U-Boot patch tracking system a new ticket [DNX#2006040542000046] was created:

mkconfig creates include/asm-*/arch. but some board this symbolic link is broken and not necessary. with this patch, mkconfig wil create a sym-link when there is a directory to link.
