[U-Boot] [PATCH V3 00/13] Support for HTKW mcx board

Hi All,

these patches introduce support for HTKW mcx board (AM3517-based) including DaVinci EMAC driver fixes to work on AM35xx, SPL fixes and OMAP3 EHCI support.

This is an updated version of previously posted patches: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.boot-loaders.u-boot/116535

Patches are rebased on the current master and no-op implementation for dcache operations on arm926ejs added.
