[U-Boot] [WIKI][Timer]New Timer API Page added to Wiki

Hi all,

I've just created a new Wiki entry for the new Timer API at: http://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot/TaskTimerAPI

Right now it only details the user-level interface to the API while we still work out the nuts and bolts underneath - Please take a look and comment
