Yes, that one.
I know Marek's patch caused a regression on other platforms, but could you please give it a try and see if it fixes the reproducibility problem?
If it works for you, then we need to come up with a solution that does not cause the boot regression on other platforms.
We just need to use calloc() in the tool and not mess with alignment.
