I forgot to add 'v3' to the subject line of patch 5/8 in the last set I sent:

Don't know if that will cause problems or not. The contents of the patch are unchanged from v2, but the description added the HEAD commit from the kernel I took the code from, as we discussed.
Don't worry, I picked most of them already.
