Not a blocker for the series, but [toolchain-alias] is a required section today. Otherwise with arm, armv7a and powerpc found and doing a build for only powerpc I see tons of "No section: toolchain-alias" messages. I didn't plan on populating the aliases since I'm only doing arm/powerpc builds in this instance.
