Update of previously sent patches
"efi_loader: Improve console screen clearing and reset" "efi_loader: Let networking support depend on NETDEVICES"
bundled into one series. Changes to earlier versions:
- rebased console reset improvements over master - split up into overwrite protection and background color fix - addressed missing efi_net_set_dhcp_ack symbol - converted some #ifdefs to CONFIG_IS_ENABLED
