[U-Boot] [PATCH] ARM: Stalling secondary CPUs when Qemu starts U-boot with more than one CPU

Dear Maintainers,

I would have a patch to integrate in U-boot/board/armltd/vExpress which allows Qemu/vExpress to start U-boot on multiple CPUs. The patch has been generated with tools/patman, but it still claims for warnings and errors I don't understand.

Please let me know if this kind of patch is compliant with usual patches for U-boot or if I need to adapt something, or if there is no interest.
