You patches look good and I can confirm they are just related to the pico board. I have no comments at all, and I do not see any reason you need to change them. I have set them to go into my (local) next branch.
But patches (V1) were sent after Window was closed (last week) and we are a quite more restrictive as in the past, so I have not considered to get them in before release. My last PR was already too late and raises some new issues and I guess Tom is "quite" releasing. I want to avoid to push him other stuff just some days before release if they are not strict important fixes.
