[U-Boot-Users] Patch: Lynx KDIs

Adds support for LynuxWorks Kernel Downloadable Images (KDIs). Both LynxOS and BlueCat linux KDIs are supported.

Currently supports only the MPC8260 (as I am unable to test on other CPUs/Targets). Tested using MPC8260ADS, BlueCat 3.0, and LynxOS 4.0.

The type of KDI (e.g. LynxOS or BlueCat) is auto-detected. As such mkimage must specify os type "lynxos". See doc/README.lynxkdi for more details.
