Adjust the Tegra PCI driver to support driver model and move all boards over at the same time. This can make use of some generic driver model code, such as the range-decoding logic.

This one doesn't apply to current u-boot-tegra/master (with Stephen's recent
PCI patches). IIRC, I was going to take Stephen's PCI patches in to Tegra and you'd adjust yours to work with that.
PTAL as I'm getting ready to send a PR to TomR today for u-boot-
tegra/master.
I've rebased and pushed it to u-boot-dm/tegra-working. Please note that this is not suitable for pulling as it has patman tags. But Stephen might want to test it.
I'll send a new series a bit later.
