[U-Boot] Bug in clock settings for SMDK5250

There's a bug in system_clock_init() function (board\samsung\smdk5250\clock_init.c) where APLL, MPLL, BPLL, etc. clocks are set:

while (readl(&clk->bpll_con0) & BPLL_CON0_LOCKED) ; This should be while (!(readl(&clk->bpll_con0) & BPLL_CON0_LOCKED)) ;
