• LS1012A-2G5RDB patches are made independent of PFE patches
• Remove CONFIG_CMD_DHCP, CONFIG_CMD_MII, CONFIG_FSL_PFE. CONFIG_DM_MMC_OPS
• created ls1012a2g5rdb_qspi_defconfig after running savedefconfig
