Hello. Because of problems with planet core bootloader with 2.4.18 kernel ( CRC Error ) I want to use u-boot on Embedded Planet EP862 board.
Are there any predefined configuration in uboot 0.3.0 for EP862 board from EmbeddedPlanet. Can I use RPX Classic instead?
EP862 cames with palnet core boot loader. It can run secondary boot loader from any address in flash. Do you think it worth to leave it and make him run u-boot or It is better to reprogram it by u-boot? The secod option is dangerous, because if primary boot loader is not working board can be repared only with BDM or jTag debugger. Does anyone has experiance with u-boot on EP board?
