Cubox-i and Hummingboard support several MX6 SoCs: mx6solo, mx6dual-lite, mx6dual and mx6quad. Add support for the different SoC/memory sizes combinations.

This applies to this patch as well as 4 and 5. This code looks really similar to the solid run tree and as such make sure you credit the original author from that tree.
