To avoid misunderstandings: the required phrase is "GPL, either version 2, or (at your option) any later version"; please see note 1 at http://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot/Patches for details.
Does this mean you will not accept any more patches that import new NAND code from Linux, as that code is v2-only?
