Just as an FYI, I had to change tools/moveconfig.py to keep it working the same as before after the Kconfiglib update - see the commit message and changes in https://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2017-September/306735.html.
I guess tools/moveconfig.py could be updated in a separate commit if there's something more reasonable to do now that there's 'imply' support. I just blindly modified it to make sure the Kconfiglib update was a no-op.
