[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] Disable K3_SYSTEM_CONTROLLER on K3 Arm64 cores

The K3 System Controller remoteproc driver is only needed on R5 SPL, and need not be enabled or built for the K3 Arm64 U-Boot/SPL targets. The following 2 patches are minor cleanup patches disabling the same for K3 Arm64 U-boot/SPL targets on both AM65x and J721E SoCs.
