Like a sd card. I have emmc to sd adapter, so
dd if=u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin of=/dev/sdb bs=1024 seek=8
and then just solder emmc to my board.

Need few more info, how exactly you wrote SPL on emmc, could you provide that.
