[U-Boot-Users] New architecture(Blackfin) porting support

Hi maintainer,

We are working on the blackfin platform and transplanted U-Boot work on it successfully. Now I have some questions about submiting a patch to you. 1) Should the patch be against the latest release version or the current git repository? 2) Should the patch be an enclosed git-diff format file or plain text pasted in the mail? 3) Is there anything else besides coding style?
