below is the final PR for 2018.03 from me. It adds R8A77965 M3N and a matching board. All that are mostly various IDs, since on this level the SoC is ~compatible with 7796 . There are two critical fixes though, the PFC one and the PHY reset GPIO.
btw it'd be nice if the release didn't overlap with ELC.
