[U-Boot] [PATCH V4 0/2] Patches to support Ramtron SPI FRAMs

Patch 1 adds generalisation to spi_flash.c to allow for table driven probing of JEDEC and NON-JEDEC conformant devices

Patch 2 adds the actual Ramtron support

Patch 2 requires Patch 1 to be applied first.
