Because your flash driver was misconfigured.
How to resolve this error.?
Fix your flash driver configuration.

I am also getting the same error like below, but i dont know why it is coming!
i am using Versatile PB by ARM and i am using U-boot-1.1.3, and i am using the flash of size 64M
